Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Jayam Collections reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

If we cancel your order after payment, the full amount paid will be refunded.

5. Payments

We accept online payments only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

6. Shipping

Orders are generally processed within one business day.
Estimated delivery is approximately seven business days, depending on the delivery location.
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are available only for products received in a damaged condition.
Customers must report damaged products within 24 hours of delivery.
A continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment before opening the sealed package until the product is fully visible is mandatory for every damage claim.
Claims without the required video evidence may be rejected.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, washing, alteration, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.

8. Product Representation

We strive to display product colours and images accurately.
However, slight differences may occur due to:

– Mobile or computer screen settings
– Photography lighting
– Display resolution
– Manufacturing batches

Such differences shall not be considered product defects.

9. Intellectual Property

– Logos
– Product photographs
– Text
– Graphics
– Designs

belongs to Jayam Collections and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
